El Parador features 20 one-bedroom apartment homes, nestled among single-family residences to the north and west. The north façade incorporates design elements from the surrounding bungalow-style houses, with front porches and stoops that invite pedestrian interaction along the street. Resident parking is tucked away behind the building, accessed through a pass-through beneath the structure, ensuring a seamlessly connecting with the neighborhood. Located just blocks from the University of New Mexico and adjacent to the lively Brick Light District—home to some of the area’s best restaurants and bars—El Parador is an urban dweller’s paradise. Co-developed with Allen Lewis, this project will enhance the area’s vibrancy while providing much-needed housing.
