Griegos Farms is Rembe Urban Design + Development’s first Build for Rent project, consisting of 90 freestanding one- and two-bedroom cottages spread across 10 acres of land. With an emphasis on landscaping and simple design, the free-standing cottages blend in with the existing architecture within the neighborhood, attracting residents of all demographics. The cottages are grouped into pods, each containing 7–10 units that face internal shared courtyard spaces. Garages are intentionally excluded, and parking is hidden. This design encourages resident interaction, promotes communication, and supports the use of the walking trails. The project also features a modern farm-style community building with 10 executive offices, a wellness-inspired gym, a communal kitchen, and other thoughtful amenities.
