The Downtowner will be a catalytic workforce housing project located in the core of Albuquerque’s downtown. In partnership with the MRA Department, The Downtowner will consist of 247 efficiently designed apartment homes, 14 Co- Working spaces and a 1,000 SF Café. Apartment homes will range from 325 square feet to 650 square feet and will target the “Missing Middle” (individuals who earn between 60%-120% of AMI). Smaller, more efficient unit footprints allow us to offer monthly rents that are substantially lower than other nearby rental options, catering towards workforce housing demographic.
Residents can also enjoy two outdoor courtyards, outdoor pet park, turf space, luxury fitness center, grills and seating areas for community gatherings. The project is directly adjacent to the cities new rail trail (50M+ improvement) and a 5 minute bike ride from CNMs new film school, which will have over 1,000 new students.
